Community Outreach and Disaster Education
The
American
Red Cross Grand Canyon Chapter is committed to educating our community on getting prepared
for emergencies and the valuable services we provide every single day. We offer
three options to raise Red Cross awareness and educate Arizonans through
community outreach. Please read the options and choose which one best suits your
needs.
Community Event/Resource Fair
Red Cross volunteers are eager to share information about
volunteer opportunities, disaster services, service to the armed forces,
preparedness and health and safety. They can field basic questions about the Red
Cross. Plus, share educational materials on a variety of topics.

Community Disaster Education
If officials asked you to evacuate your home, would you be
ready? Do you know how to make your family safe from a home fire? Red Cross
experts can provide disaster specific information to help you prepare for,
prevent and respond to a disaster or emergency.

| Note: Our volunteer-led organization receives
hundreds of requests every year; however, we don’t have the resources to
fill every one of them. We will do our best to
accommodate as many requests as we can. Your
request will be processed and you will receive an e-mail notifying you of
our ability to participate within ten business days of the receipt of your
request. |
